Color Appointments

New Client? Booking a color consultation is a MUST before any color appointment is scheduled. All color appointments are booked during your consultation with me. Color services & consultations are not done in the same day. Please be prepared to pay a $100 deposit during your consultation. This deposit goes toward your color appointment. Returning color clients, please fill out form at the bottom of the page & I will book the color appointment for you.

Parking

Parking is FREE at the DICKS Sporting Goods located on S Central ave or there is meter parking on the street. Onsite parking is $5 per hour. The daily maximum is $11 after 2 hours during business hrs Mon-Fri 9-5pm. After hours & weekends are FREE. 

Arrival

Please arrive with your hair detangled to ensure we can get through your appointment in a timely fashion. Thank you so much!

Payment

A card is placed on file at the time of booking, however this card is NOT CHARGED. It is only to reserve your appointment. Concluding your service, please be prepared to check out in CASH ONLY. There are no refunds issued after a service has been rendered or if the cancellation policy has been abused.

Extra Guests

 Please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment. Seating in the suite is limited and I'd like to ensure a steady flow  and everyone is comfortable.

Tardiness

Things happen & I totally understand, however I strive to be as punctual as I can with all of my guests. I allow a 15min grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you are any later than 15min late, it will result in you having to reschedule your appointment to a later date & you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that having a card on file is required to book your appointment. You do not have to use that method of payment to checkout at the end of your service. The card on file will only be charged if you cancel in less than the 24hr time frame or you are a no call no show. In any one of those instances, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost. If you happen to put a card on file that cannot be charged, you will not be able to book any further appointments with me. Please respect my time as I respect yours. Thank you.
