Before booking an appointment, please be sure to read all policies below. It is important that you understand and agree to the following information so that we can ensure a seamless booking experience.

Color & Extension Appointments

New Client? Booking a color/extensions consultation is a MUST before any of these appointments are scheduled. All color/extension appointments are booked during your consultation with me. Color/extension services & consultations are not done in the same day. Please be prepared to pay a $150 deposit during your consultation. This deposit goes toward your appointment. Returning color clients, please fill out form at the bottom of the page & I will book the color appointment for you.

Parking

Parking varies depending on location between LA, CLT, & Bmore. Please contact me for LA & Bmore parking. For CLT, please park in free lot behind building or free street parking.

Arrival

Please arrive with your hair detangled to ensure we can get through your appointment in a timely fashion. Thank you so much!

Payment

A card is placed on file at the time of booking and a deposit is taken. Concluding your service, please be prepared to pay the remainder in CASH ONLY. There are no refunds issued after a service has been rendered, deposit has been charged or if the cancellation policy has been abused.

Extra Guests

 Please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment. Seating in the salon is limited and I'd like to ensure a steady flow  and everyone is comfortable.

Tardiness

Things happen & I totally understand, however I strive to be as punctual as I can with all of my guests. I allow a 15min grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you are any later than 15min late, it will result in you having to reschedule your appointment to a later date & you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that having a card on file & paying a deposit is required to book your appointment. The card on file will also be charged in the event you cancel in less than the 48hr time frame or you are a no call no show. In any one of those instances, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost. If you happen to put a card on file that cannot be charged, you will not be able to book any further appointments with me until the balance is paid. Please respect my time as I respect yours. If I cancel your appointment for any reason YOU WILL BE REFUNDED YOUR DEPOSIT.
